My Approach
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, alongside established cognitive and behavioral modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am particularly enthusiastic about the transformative potential of EMDR and the rich opportunities it offers for incorporating *somatic awareness, meditation and mindfulness practices, as well as creative expression into the healing journey.
You can read more about EMDR in my blog posts.

*somatic awareness is paying conscious attention to your internal
body states such as physical and emotional sensations
